Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• A postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA/MBL) would be advantageous
• GCC (Mines and Works)
• A Minimum of 15 years' in the Mining sector experience, with substantial engineering leadership in underground operations experience.
• Professional registration with a recognized engineering body
• In-depth knowledge of mining regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills capable of motivating a diverse technical team
• Strong project and budget management experience.
• Proficiency with engineering tools and software for analysis, planning, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
