About the position
Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced Senior Engineer TMM to be based at a mine in the Northern Cape!
Responsibilities:
- Drive and monitor approved operational changes, optimize functional processes, and implement cost control systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize business intelligence and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making and contribute to functional and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and Integrated Management System (IMS) standards while promoting operational excellence through the Operations Effectiveness Model.
- Lead TMM engineering management and related engineering functions, maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Champion people development by identifying training needs, managing performance, and executing workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- GCC Mines and Works
- National Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 8 years operational engineering and production experience within a mining environment
- Valid driver’s license
