About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Diploma or National Certificate in Civil/Structural Engineering or Multi-disciplinary Drawing Office Practice (MDDOP). If you don't hear back from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
Must have 10+ years of experience as a draughtsperson within civil engineering, structural engineering, or infrastructure design.
Must have a solid understanding of design standards, documentation requirements and drawing office practices.
Must have exposure to multidisciplinary civil infrastructure design, such as roads, earthworks, stormwater, municipal or structural environments.
Must have experience using additional Autodesk tools such as InfraWorks, Navisworks, Plant 3D, Inventor or Revit.
Must have experience with ACC Docs.
Must be able to interpret technical information, engineering sketches and design notes accurately.
Must have an understanding of BIM methodologies and ISO 19650 information management concepts (CDE workflows, naming conventions, metadata, and revision status).
Must have advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor or Civil 3D.
