About the position

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Senior Desktop Support Technician who thrives on solving problems and keeping operations online in a busy catering environment.
What you’ll do:
· Own desktop & laptop support – diagnose, repair and get users back online fast
· Look after servers, clone hard drives and re-install operating systems
· Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams Rooms
· Run the ticketing system and keep security tight
· Use intermediate Excel and light scripting to make life easier
RequirementsWhat you bring:
· 3–5 years solid senior desktop / IT support experience
· Hands-on hardware skills (laptops, PCs, drive cloning)
· Microsoft 365 + Teams Rooms experience
· Ticketing system & basic security management know-how
· Programming / scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar)
