Overview

We're looking for an excellent Senior Designer Project Lead to join a B2B team (Boombox is part of the global Accenture Song network) serving and elevating the Accenture and Accenture Song brand on high-value projects. This is a dual role, combining design expertise with project management skills. The successful candidate will bring creative vision to life, crafting innovative solutions and translating briefs into impactful designs that adhere to Accenture's brand guidelines; collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and global teams, acting as the bridge to ensure cohesive and effective communication. Project management skills will be crucial to navigate various Accenture platforms, managing the project flow and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Collaborate with copywriters to develop concepts and visual identities, understanding client deals and relevant industries
• Engage with deal teams, Executive Creative Directors, and internal clients to deliver concepts and campaigns, suggesting creative solutions and innovative tech-forward media to elevate projects
• Present, review, and brainstorm solutions with other creatives, account leaders, and clients, aiming for award-winning design and innovative thinking.
• Present work quarterly to Accenture Song global CCOs
• Design and implement creative elements from layouts to presentations, concepts, and final rollouts
• Manage day-to-day progression of project milestones, handling capacity planning and ensuring team members understand flexible capacity
• Monitor team performance both qualitatively and quantitatively, maintaining close relationships with creative partners
• Actively guide projects by anticipating needs, clarifying the impact of shifts, and creating/updating project timelines, defining deliverables, and organising materials effectively
• Suggest and execute creative visual identities and ideas for briefs, delivering high-quality design, comps, storyboards, and presentations quickly
• Implement exciting thinking, beautiful layouts, and creative to support project work, ensuring a focus on details and flawless deliverables
• Maintain a constant awareness of the project's status and creative progress, communicating transparently with clear, concrete deadlines
• Proactively anticipate team needs to reduce burnout, remain vigilant to identify potential implications and business impacts, and efficiently organise files while serving as the point of contact for internal communication

Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience/Skill:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Designer or Art Direction
• A qualification in Project Management will be advantageous
• Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. MS Teams/SharePoint/Outlook etc.)
• Minimum 6 years' experience as a designer in an Advertising Agency, B2B Agency, or corporate studio
• Proven experience managing projects
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma
• After Effects, iMovie, UI/UX design, animation / GIF, basic editing and / or sound design, illustration work or proficiency in Adobe Illustrator are advantageous
• Basic experience in genAI
• TTL, BTL & 360 advertising experience is essential
• Experience in branding or B2B
