About the position

We are working with a leading global engineering consultancy to find an experienced Design Manager who thrives on complexity and international collaboration. Based in their state-of-the-art Centurion office, you'll be part of a strong technical team, delivering specialist services on projects that truly matter.

• Lead design management on complex, high-stakes projects across Africa and beyond
• Bridge technical expertise with commercial acumen, ensuring projects stay on track and profitable
• Collaborate with international teams, bringing global best practices to local delivery
• Mentor and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
• Drive quality standards and ensure client expectations are not just met, but exceeded

What you bring:

• Honours/B-Tech/National Diploma in built environment
• 8-11 years' experience
• Professional registration: PrEng (ECSA), PrArch (SACAP), PrCPM (SACPCMP), or PMP certification
• Strong technical background in multidisciplinary engineering projects
• Commercial project analysis skills and budget management experience
