Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Delphi-based applications, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to enhance software solutions.
- Ensure all software aligns with industry standards and regulations within the medical field.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Delphi development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, Java, and Node.js.
- Proven experience in developing software solutions within the medical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with healthcare software standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and integrations.
- Previous leadership or project management experience.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in Delphi programming.

- Strong database management skills with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
