About the position
Develop and deploy predictive and machine learning models.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and cloud technologies.
Analyse complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with business and healthcare stakeholders to identify opportunities.
Mentor junior team members and support best practices.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
Honours or Master's degree advantageous.
Experience:
6–8 years' experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics.
Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with Databricks.
Experience in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred.
Experience deploying machine learning solutions into production.

Machine Learning frameworks
Power BI or Tableau
Advantageous:
Azure

MLOps practices
