What You’ll Do
- Optimize the technical design of the Product Recommender (PR) platform, collaborating closely with the Lead Data Scientist.
- Own the daily operation of the PR platform, ensuring its stability and performance.
- Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks, partnering with the Product Owner and other technical experts.
- Assist with Sprint planning and prioritization to deliver maximum value.
- Coordinate and motivate the technical team in line with Sprint goals.
- Oversee the creation of robust, clear technical documentation.
- Review Pull Requests to uphold technical excellence.
- Ensure Sprint tasks follow best practices with proper descriptions and acceptance criteria.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related STEM field.
- Minimum 7 years of ML engineering (or data science engineering support) experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data science concepts, and Python ML stack.
- Experience with large datasets using PySpark and RDBMs.
- Solid knowledge of application architectures and design patterns.
- Proven track record in developing, deploying, and managing ML solutions in a cloud-hosted environment.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks (CI/CD and continuous monitoring).
- Proficient in DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Skilled in Azure cloud services and infrastructure.
- Confident using version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experienced in Agile environments.
- Strong communicator — able to bridge business needs with technical delivery.
- Professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English.
