About the position
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that data is received, loaded, maintained, and validated into the IRI systems on time and accurately.
- Onboarding of any data sources (analysis of the raw data, engaging BT/OPS/CPG/Retail, building of loader processes)
- Data query troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Manage workloads across the team and work cover during staff leave.
- Seek out and train best practices to others.
- Able to work extra hours as and when required to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prioritising and effective time management, through a systematic approach to task completion.
- Maintain a high level of satisfaction within the team and across other business units such as BT/OPS/CPG/Retail
- Data Management
- Ensure you & your team complies with all the checking processes for the loads and tasks assigned.
- Manage data extracts for retailer vendors
- Assist on retailer data access agreements (data sign offs) processes with internal and retailer stakeholders
- Relationship Management
- Build strong relationship across all departments and regions involved in the delivery of Circana services.
- Act as the single point of contact for the Data Input Team and assist with escalations when required
- Manage expectations
- Regular WIP communication with external Data Agencies
- Ensure all communication is accurate and on time.
- Ensure markets are correctly setup and maintained.
- Manage any raw data changes (reloads, data feed changes, etc)
- Query raw data issues with external Data Agencies and retailers.
- Contribute to the continuous systems and process improvements for loading and onboarding activities.

- Organize monthly performance review session
- Attend all identified training sessions
- Demonstrate adopted skills or behaviors following training
- Knowledge of various data loading systems and backend processes

- Contribute to the training and mentoring of more junior team members

Skills and Experience Required
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Information Management, or similar, or demonstrated equivalent
experience. - Able to follow data flow end to end
- Proven understanding of database structures and data models
- Have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- SQL and/or Python skills will be advantageous
- Project Management capabilities
- Display self-control and strong interpersonal skills
- Customer focus and deliver results through operational excellence
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Accepts responsibility and accountability for work produced
- Excellent attention to detail and must have a track record of high-quality outcomes (non-negotiable)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions focussed approach
- Be able to quickly and methodically search using a variety of research tools
