About the position

Reverside is an established IT services provider delivering Software Development, IT Resourcing, Digital Transformation, and Systems Support solutions. We partner with leading organisations to deliver innovative technology solutions and measurable business value. We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate Databricks and Lakehouse platforms that support analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI applications.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on scalable, secure, and governed data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise data pipelines and lakehouse solutions.
• Develop Databricks-based platforms using Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Jobs, and Workflows.
• Support analytics, ML, and GenAI use cases including RAG and AI-serving datasets.
• Develop production-grade solutions using Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• Implement CI/CD, testing, observability, and governance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, AI/ML teams, and platform stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance, operational stability, and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 6+ years Data Engineering experience
• 2+ years Databricks experience
• Strong Data Lake/Lakehouse architecture expertise
• 3+ years Python, SQL, and Apache Spark
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
