About the position
Purpose
As a Senior Consultant, you play a lead role in the functional delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. You will work across implementations, pre-sales, and support engagements to design, configure, or develop robust and scalable solutions. You specialise in Finance and Operations (Finance, SCM or other modules)
This role bridges hands-on execution and mentorship, enabling junior consultants while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Lead configuration or development workstreams in Dynamics 365 F&O
Translate business requirements into solution designs and deliver working configurations or code.
Drive workshops, testing cycles, and client training within assigned functional or technical area.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to align on design and integration approaches.
Support pre-sales and estimation efforts by providing inputs on effort, scope, and risk.
Contribute to reusable assets, documentation, and practice-wide quality standards.
Mentor Consultants and Junior Consultants on delivery best practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience
5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects, with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations.
Specialisation in the following:
F&O: Finance or SCM modules.
Development: Extensions, integrations, Power Platform, or Azure logic apps.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
Key Skills and competencies
Proficient in configuration within D365 platform.
Strong understanding of ERP/CRM methodologies and functional/technical process flows.
Skilled in testing, documentation, and client communication.
Team player with the ability to take ownership of deliverables.
