Contract Opportunity: Senior CRM Project Manager
We are currently recruiting a Senior CRM Project Manager for a high-impact contract role at in the financial institutions. This role is urgent, with the incumbent exiting in 2 weeks — we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
We’re seeking a seasoned CRM Project Manager who goes beyond traditional CRM delivery. This role is not just about single customer view solutions — it demands someone who can leverage customer insights and drive targeted campaign strategies to enhance customer engagement and value.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives across business units
- Integrate customer insight analytics into CRM strategy and execution
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and IT teams to build targeted customer campaigns
- Ensure CRM solutions meet both technical and customer engagement objectives
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of CRM tools and processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years in Project Management with a strong CRM focus
- Proven experience in campaigning to customers, customer engagement, and customer insights
- Background in financial services or enterprise-scale projects (preferred)
- Able to start within 1–2 weeks
