About the position
We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to lead the design, development, and optimisation of a modern CRM environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring CRM solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives while driving continuous improvement across customer, sales, and operational processes.
RequirementsKey Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years' experience working with CRM platforms.
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on CRM development experience.
- 2+ years' experience leading CRM projects, technical teams, or platform strategy.
- Strong experience developing and administering Zoho CRM.
- Proficiency in Deluge, JavaScript, and CRM customisation.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, SQL, and third-party integrations.
- Solid understanding of CRM architecture, sales pipelines, customer lifecycle management, and business process automation.
- Experience with database concepts, data mapping, and system integrations.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.
- Ability to document technical solutions and provide user training.
- Zoho certifications and Zoho Creator development experience are advantageous.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with marketing automation and other business systems.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Development & Administration
- Lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of Zoho CRM and related applications.
- Configure and customise CRM modules, layouts, workflows, automation, and business rules.
- Develop custom functions, Deluge scripts, and API integrations.
- Support and maintain the wider Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Analytics.
Business Process Improvement
- Gather and analyse business requirements to design effective CRM solutions.
- Optimise sales, marketing, customer service, and operational workflows.
- Drive continuous improvements through automation and process optimisation.
- Deliver reporting dashboards and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
Systems Integration & Data Management
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and third-party platforms.
- Lead data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality initiatives.
- Ensure CRM data integrity, security, and governance standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced platform support.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical direction for CRM architecture and platform enhancements.
- Mentor developers, administrators, and support teams.
- Establish development standards, testing procedures, documentation, and deployment practices.
- Partner with business leaders to define CRM strategy and roadmap.
