Senior Creditors & Debtors Clerk at DCWM

About the position

We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, Pastel proficient individual with exceptional attention to detail, to take on the key role of Senior CREDITORS CLERK.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic Debtors/Creditors
• Cash Book Control
• Pastel Proficient to include issuing of Purchase Orders in line with Company Requirements
• Weekly Wages including HR related tasks i.e. Annual Leave/ Sick Leave Control of forms and Employee Schedule
• Maintenance of Equipment Register
• Control of Timeguard Clocking In/Out System i.e. adding/removing staff and deriving information for payroll
• Monthly Costing Schedules as & when required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Must be: Pastel Proficient (Non-negotiable)
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Must read / write & speak English
• Good communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Must be proactive
• Strong work ethic
• Team player

Desired Skills:

• Pastel

Desired Work Experience:

• More than 10 years

Desired Qualification Level:

• Diploma
