About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Credit Executive to join a fast-paced and results-driven team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong credit control experience who thrives under pressure and is passionate about optimising collections and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily collections and optimise collection targets
- Capture bank statements daily on SAP
- Ensure timely delivery of customer statements and invoices
- Maintain accurate Excel reporting to customers
- Monitor accounts 30 days and over, ensuring effective follow-up
- Weekly reporting on top 20 overdue accounts
- Reconcile and allocate all receipts and credits
- Send reminder letters and resolve queries timeously
- Conduct customer visits to manage overdue accounts where required
- Maintain accurate records on Salesforce and SAP
- Compile monthly reports (Overdue, commitments, targets vs achieved)
Minimum Requirements
- BCom degree or relevant qualification (advantageous)
- 1-2 years' experience in a full credit control function
- Strong reconciliation skills
- SAP experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
