The Role
As a Senior Consultant you'll run a full 360° recruitment desk: winning new business, building long-term client partnerships, and delivering top finance talent into leading organizations. This is a sales-driven role that requires someone with a sharp commercial mindset, strong relationship skills, and the drive to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the deal-maker: Hunt down new business opportunities in the finance space and turn prospects into long-term clients.
- Be the trusted partner: Build relationships that go beyond transactions, become the go-to advisor for clients on talent and market trends.
- Run the full show: Own the 360° recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing those all-important offers.
- Spot the unicorns: Proactively headhunt and engage the best finance talent, even before they start job-hunting.
- Map the market: Stay ahead of industry shifts, competitor moves, and in-demand skills so you're always two steps ahead.
- Keep the pipeline flowing: Build a steady stream of brilliant candidates and exciting clients.
- Chase the win: Hit (and smash) your targets, celebrate your wins, and keep raising the bar.
- Play as a team: Collaborate with your SALT colleagues locally and globally to share opportunities and make bigger wins happen.

Requirements
- A Relevant Batchelor's Degree
- 2-3 years' experience in recruitment (finance recruitment experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in business development and hitting sales targets.
- Confident, resilient, and commercially minded.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to self-manage, priorities, and deliver in a high-performance environment.
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by success and reward.
