Senior Commercial Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner

About the position

Malander is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CA with 2-5 years of experience as a Commercial Finance Analyst or Finance Business Partner. The Ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate extensive involvement in collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and contributing to strategic decision-making. The successful candidate would be required to start immediately. Advanced excel skills and exposure to SAP would be advantageous.
Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with all departments to gather essential information for project evaluations;
• Conduct budget analysis and provide valuable insights to support project decision-making;
• Create comprehensive reports and presentations;
• Demonstrate a questioning mindset and take initiative to drive projects forward;
• Work diligently and possess the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• CA(SA) designation;
• 2-5 years of experience in business partner roles;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams;
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation;
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work hard to achieve objectives;
• Experience in customer value management is preferred;
• SAP experience is advantageous.
