B Eng or B.Sc (civil engineering) - Minimum Qual
Experience: Min. 10 years post professional registration in relevant fields
Experience in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Civilsoft Bil, Infrastructure
PrEng or PrTech - REGISTERED
