You'll take the lead on all CIS-related compliance activities, ensuring regulatory obligations are effectively monitored, assessed and implemented. From conducting risk-based compliance monitoring and reporting, to analysing legislative changes and reviewing legal agreements, your expertise will shape governance best practice across the business. You'll also provide technical guidance, support regulatory training initiatives and contribute to compliance risk strategies. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a CISCA compliance role is essential, along with a strong understanding of the broader regulatory landscape, including COFI and the FSR Act. Compliance or legal qualifications will be advantageous. Experience engaging with regulators and industry bodies such as ASISA and the FSCA will strengthen your application. Only candidates currently residing in Cape Town can be considered.
