We are seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie with strong hot and cold section skills. Knowledge of fire cooking techniques will be a distinct advantage. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your creativity and precision to a kitchen rooted in heritage yet inspired by innovation.
What You’ll Do:

• Manage hot and cold sections with consistency, precision, and flair.
• Deliver dishes that balance heritage flavours with modern execution.
• Apply and grow your knowledge of fire cooking techniques.
• Support menu development with seasonal, produce-driven ideas.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering teamwork and excellence.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards are met at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fine dining or refined restaurant environment.
• Strong technical skills in both hot and cold sections.
• Passion for heritage-inspired, seasonal cuisine.
• Creativity, discipline, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
