About the position

A well-established organization is seeking a Senior Business Developer for their Training Solutions division The Senior Business Developer is required to actively explore and secure sales through outbound sales activities and business development in the Training Solutions portfolio, focusing on customised solutions. This includes liaison with internal and external clients, industry organisations and associations, contract management, overseeing of administration, contractual obligations, relevant risk management, corporate governance on contracts, budgets and timing, drafting proposals, submission of bids/tenders, registration as supplier, communication and reporting to all parties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• The compilation, submission and conversion of customised training solutions.
• Marketing solutions and services to a diverse client base, including the public and private sector as well as international clients.
• UP stakeholder Engagement.
• Build own network of knowledge experts and key contacts across industries.
• Prepare tenders for submission covering the total value chain related to each submission.
• The compilation, submission and conversion of Tenders.
• Development of Business Intelligence (BI) and to transform that BI into sound solutions and services.

Education and qualifications:

• Degree, preferably in the areas of Business Management/ Commerce/ Marketing.
• 4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales/ Marketing / Consulting.
• 2 years of experience in a Training environment.
• 4 years of experience in Project and contract management as well as in Project finance.
• 4 years' experience in tenders, quotations, proposals and reporting.
• Valid Driver's License.
