Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis and design phases of digital transformation and business intelligence initiatives
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document business requirements and define future state solutions
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, development, and BI teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Design and implement reporting, analytics, and financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Support solution rollout, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Education: Relevant BCom or equivalent business/financial qualification
- Experience:
- 5–8 years’ experience in business analysis, reporting, or related roles
- Strong experience working with financial systems and system integrations
- Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence environments
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPivot
- Strong understanding of financial systems and KPIs
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform in-depth analysis
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Syspro, Infor) is advantageous
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with multiple priorities
- Passion for technology, automation, and continuous improvement
