- Plan and strategise the approach to Business Analysis delivery
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Elicit, analyse, and document requirements
- Document as-is and to-be processes with gap analysis and process improvements
- Support and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
