About the position

Experience:

• Certified BA with over 7 years of experience:
• Retail experience
• Omni/Ecommerce experience (advantageous)
• SAP modules experience: SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud (advantageous)
• Agile/Waterfall experience
• Worked on multiple projects.

Key tasks (not limited to):

• Plan/Strategise approach to BA work
• Facilitate sessions e.g. workshops, interviews, with stakeholders
• Elicit, document requirements (e.g. BRD) and review
• Document Epics, Features and User Stories (with acceptance criteria)
• Document as-is and to-be process with improvement to processes/gap analysis
• Manage UAT
• Support/BAU

Travel Requirements:


- Travel locations: Cape Town (based in Woodstock)
- Expected frequency/amount of travel per month: TBC , note only 1-day WFH is our policy



Overtime Expectations:


- Anticipated overtime per week/month: Overtime to be approved by Programme Manager
- Overtime rates and thresholds: As per contracted hourly rate
