Senior Business Analyst

About the position

My client based in Woodstock is currently looking for a Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA) to join their team on a contract basis.

IT / FINANCE

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Business Analyst with 8+ years' BA experience
• Proven Retail industry experience
• Omni-channel / eCommerce project experience
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Experience with SAP eCommerce platforms and modules:
• SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud
• Experience managing UAT processes
• Experience supporting BAU environments
• Recognised Business Analysis certification
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan and strategise the overall Business Analysis approach and deliverables
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions including workshops and interviews
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements
• Produce and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and related artefacts
• Define and document Epics, Features, and User Stories with acceptance criteria
• Document current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure requirement clarity
• Support solution design discussions and validation
• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide BAU and post-implementation support
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle
