Job Objectives:

• Capture the As-Is landscape of the current processes.


• Capturing To-Be process.


• Gap analysis.


• Impact assessments.


• Context diagrams.


• System Interaction diagrams.


• Conduct research, design, and other exploration activities.


• Estimating the size and complexity of changes.


• Documentation of analysis.


• Presentation of documented work to senior stakeholders.


• Data mapping analysis.


• Business Rule extraction from SMEs systems and documenting.


• Capturing As-Is system flows including job names and scheduling.

• Strong academic record from a nationally recognised institution.


• Strong problem analysis skills.


• Ability to work in and navigate an unstructured environment.


• CBAP or Industrial Engineering Qualification (Compulsory).


• Diploma in Business Analysis.


• Experience in Business Process Modelling.
