Senior Business Analyst

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, process-driven solutions aligned with business needs. You'll play a pivotal role in translating complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes across enterprise architecture domains.




Skills and Experience Required:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and develop practical, effective solutions.


• Proven experience in financial services, particularly with Product Administration Systems and Investment Platforms.


• Hands-on experience with system/data migration projects and enterprise-level solutions.


• Strong proficiency in business process modelling, data analysis, and requirement gathering.


• Familiarity with Agile delivery, backlog planning, and sprint execution.


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.


• Experience with BA tools and working on IT and digital transformation initiatives.


• Ability to work across business, process, data, technology, and information architecture domains.


• Exposure to multiple business domains and stakeholder environments.

 


Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification


• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience.
