About the position
Are you a strong Business Analyst who can turn complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and help drive large-scale technology change? We’re looking for an experienced BA who can work across business, product, technology and delivery teams to shape and deliver impactful solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation across complex initiatives.
- Analyse current vs. future states, identify gaps and define solution scope.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Align requirements to product strategy, roadmaps, metrics and programme backlogs.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Product Designers, Architects, Developers, Testers and Process Engineers.
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, prioritisation, planning and delivery.
- Identify risks, constraints, dependencies and opportunities to reduce waste and rework.
- Use data, AI and analytical techniques to uncover patterns, improve processes and support decision-making.
- Support testing, demos, change readiness, user enablement and continuous improvement.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years’ Business Analysis experience, ideally within complex IT / transformation environments.
- Proven experience working on multiple IT projects and large/complex initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies, requirements engineering and process analysis.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery and Lean principles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve complex problems and guide other BAs/team members.
- Strong analytical, structured and commercially aware mindset.
Qualifications & Advantageous Certifications
- Professional Qualification / Honours Degree – essential.
- IT qualification – preferred.
- IIBA / BA certification – advantageous.
- SAFe and Agile certifications – advantageous.
