About the Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and implementing complex business processes within the Sales Offer and Contracting (SOCo) environment. SOCo provides an intuitive, omnichannel vehicle sales and contract validation journey that ensures a seamless, efficient, and customer-centric experience across all brands, markets, and sales models.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyze business requirements and objectives.
- Manage and communicate requirements using Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for testing teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate business risks and opportunities.
- Align business architecture with enterprise and IT architecture standards.
- Support the development of business cases where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across teams and regions.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system and process maturity.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar strategic role.
- Proven record of leading successful business transformation and process optimization projects.
