WE’RE HIRING: SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of large, high-risk and complex initiatives within a leading financial services environment.
The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, analysing complex organisational challenges, identifying opportunities and translating business needs into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse, validate and document complex business and stakeholder requirements
Investigate business problems, opportunities, processes, policies and operational needs
Translate business requirements into clear functional and technology requirements
Facilitate workshops, interviews and requirements-gathering sessions with senior stakeholders
Perform process analysis, impact assessments, gap analysis and solution evaluation
Develop business cases, process models, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
Align business objectives with the capabilities delivered by technology teams
Manage requirements, dependencies, risks and changes throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate communication across business, technology, architecture, risk and operational teams
Recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its strategic and operational goals
Support testing, implementation, change readiness and successful solution adoption
Required Experience
? Extensive practical experience as a Senior Business Analyst
? Proven delivery experience across large, complex and high-risk projects
? Strong experience within banking or financial services environments
? Advanced requirements elicitation, analysis and stakeholder-management capability
? Experience working across business and technology delivery teams
? Strong understanding of business processes, operating models and technology-enabled change
? Experience using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
? Excellent facilitation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
? Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
Experience in regulatory change, digital transformation, process optimisation, data, systems integration or enterprise technology projects will be advantageous.
