What You'll Do
As a Senior Broker, you will:

• Sell rare coins, Krugerrands and precious metal investment products to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals through exceptional client service.
• Proactively source new business through networking, referrals, personal connections and lead generation.
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
• Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their investment journey.
• Stay informed on precious metal markets, industry trends and product knowledge.
• Attend networking events and industry functions to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales records using the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
