Primary Objective:
As our Senior Brand & Marketing Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and protecting the visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints. Working as part of our Marketing Team, you will design and produce a wide range of content — from high-quality printed literature to engaging social media graphics and video content — ensuring every piece is on-brand, accurate, and impactful. You will be briefed on artwork and material that is required, and you will carry the brief through to final production, with a strong emphasis on quality control and print-readiness. You will also contribute to digital campaigns, assist in the creation of motion and video assets, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives. This is a senior-level role requiring creative leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both traditional and digital media in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce visually compelling marketing materials
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, brand-compliant, and print-ready
  • Participate in development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns
  • Design engaging social media content for multiple platforms
  • Create and edit video content for digital and social use
  • Manage projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency of visual identity
  • Collaborate closely with various teams to develop impactful creative assets
  • Stay current with industry trends and design best practices

Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years’ professional graphic design experience
  • Experience in print, social media, and video content creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished work
  • Strong creative thinking and time/project management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally within marketing teams
  • Experience in direct selling, retail, or consumer goods brands preferred
