About the position
Looking for a Senior Bookkeeper with a minimum 12+ experience in Accounts/Office management and Bookkeeping. Experience with SAGE and MDA ACCOUNTING PACKAGE COMPULSORY.
They will need to manage a team of up to 10 people. We already have formalised roles and descriptions of each persons role and responsibility. The person would be ensuring that those responsibilities are fulfilled. They would oversee the accounts clerk is capturing and recording correctly, that the buyer is supplying correct documentation and receipts (processes) checking on these before paying, the driver is recording where he is driving to and around, the wages clerks excel check sheet would be a double check in the system. Our marketing aspect, that adverts are going out weekly and chairing the teams monthly meeting and then ensuring task are attended to and completed. HR- leave and salary capture which is then sent to our accountants who do payroll.
Caretakers in buildings, a monthly check up that they are completing their duties and roles.
