About the position
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join their finance team. Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the full bookkeeping function up to the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Manage the cashbook function
- Prepare management accounts
- Fixed asset register upkeep
Requirements:
- Completed Matric
- 5 years' experience in a bookkeeping or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software (Xero will be advantageous)
- Ability to work independently
