Bookkeeping & Finance
- Process supplier invoices and manage monthly accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage company bank accounts.
- Load and process payments accurately and timeously.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Pastel.
- Manage debtors, follow up on outstanding accounts, and reconcile customer accounts.
- Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc finance-related tasks.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and service providers regarding account queries.
Office Administration
- Provide administrative support to management and the wider team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Organise company meetings, off-site events, and team functions.
- Manage office procurement, including stationery, office supplies, equipment, and branded merchandise.
- Maintain organised filing systems and company records.
- Assist with diary management, scheduling, and general office coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years' commercial bookkeeping experience.
- Relevant qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Pastel, payroll processing, VAT, and debtor management.
- Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment loading.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
