About the position
This Profitable, Busy, Food Manufacturer and Importer of Speciality Foods, who has been in operation since 1991, requires a Seasoned, Competent and Accurate Senior Bookkeeper to be the 2IC to a Busy, Straightforward MD, who knows every bit of his Business, and has a wealth of Operational and Financial knowledge!
The ideal fit is a Lady who has worked in a Stock and Distribution SME, reporting directly to the MD, who can work from Recon to Balance Sheet, and who understands how the figures relate to the Company's Operations. You will be the "Go To" Person, so will need to be calm and focused when handling pressure, multiple tasks and month-end deadlines. This Role offers a work/life balance for a busy Mum, who works hard but who needs to get home to take care of the family at the end of the day!
You will be replacing the Bookkeeper who has worked for the Company for 19 years, so you have big shoes to fill - if you have what it takes, please apply now!
Desired Skills:
- Recon to Balance Sheet
- Bookkeeping Diploma or QBE
- +10 years' experience as a Full Function Senior Bookkeeper in a busy Small/Medium Company - reporting directly to the MD
- FMCG/Stock Environment experience
- Own car a must
