About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Developer with expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / NAV to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, along with a deep understanding of Microsoft’s data ecosystem. Microsoft Certification is a must.

What you’ll do:
- Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power BI reports/dashboards.
- Integrate data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / NAV, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain and enhance existing ETL processes to support BI and reporting needs.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to provide analytical insights.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft BI technologies, including Fabric, Synapse, and Azure Data Services.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance for Power BI reports and datasets.
Your expertise:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Expertise in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / NAV data structures and integration.
- Proficiency in SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Azure Data Services.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL development, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong understanding of data governance and security best practices.
Qualifications required:
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI, Data Analyst Associate, or related certification.
- Power BI Certified
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Dataverse, or Power Platform.
- Knowledge of machine learning, AI-powered analytics, or predictive modeling.
- Experience in finance, supply chain, or operations analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps for BI.
