Minimum Requirements
Completed SAICA Articles

Fluent in Afrikaans

Own vehicle and driver's license

Residing in the Krugersdorp / Roodepoort / Randfontein

Drivers license with own transport, presentable to our clients with good communication and people skills

1st interview, 2nd interview of short list candidates - may require to come in on a Saturday to perform certain of the above duties to confirm they can do what they say they can do.

The successful candidate must have medical aid coverage. The practice is affiliated with CAMAF, and contributes 50% towards the monthly premium.

The practice also provides Group Life Insurance for all staff members, fully funded by the practice.

While there is no formal pension fund, the practice engages a financial broker who offers assistance with retirement annuities for employees who wish to make independent retirement arrangements.

A travel allowance is provided when work-related travel is required.

Additionally, the practice owns a holiday home in Mtwalumi, which is available for use by staff members.

Bonuses and 13th cheques are generally awarded in December, subject to performance and the discretion of the practice.
