SENIOR ATTORNEY: BANKING LITIGATION

About the position

Seeking a seasoned Banking Litigation Attorney with 5 - 10 years’ of prior experience to join our client’s prestigious company.
Minimum Requirements
·        Admitted Attorney
·        5 – 10 years previous experience in banking litigation.

Experience Required
·        Must have high court litigation experience.
·        Must have banking litigation experience.
·        Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport.
·        Vetting of Pleadings and Notices drafted by junior personnel.
·        Managing of junior personnel.
·        Excellent admin and organisational skills.
·        Willing to work over-time if required.

Skill Requirements
·        Strong communication skills.
·        Administratively strong.
·        Proficient in Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
·        Previous experience in working on AJS will be an advantage.
