Senior Advisor: Municipal ICT Services | ??National Office | Permanent Role

Are you ready to shape the digital future of local government?

A leading national entity supporting South Africa's municipalities is hiring a Senior Advisor: ICT Services to drive smart, integrated, and future-fit ICT systems across local government.

You'll lead national ICT advisory programmes, guide municipalities on digital platforms, systems integration, data governance, business intelligence, and help unlock service delivery through technology.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 7 years' ICT experience (4 in management)
  • Expertise in systems analysis, enterprise architecture, ICT governance, and digital strategy
  • Strong knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, data modelling, cybersecurity, and ICT compliance
  • Advantage: Experience in local government, public sector, consulting, or audit
