Senior Adjudicator: Lead Financial Dispute Resolution
Location: Pretoria (Waterkloof) | Type: Permanent | Work Arrangement: 3 months office-based, then hybrid

As a Senior Adjudicator, you'll lead investigations and resolve complex disputes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment that makes a real difference to consumers and industry integrity.
What You'll Do:
- Lead complex financial complaint investigations and dispute resolution
- Oversee case management team performance and development
- Provide expert legal guidance on financial services matters
- Mediate and conciliate high-stakes financial disputes
- Represent the organization at external forums and with media
What You'll Need:
- LLB or BCom Degree (NQF Level 7) + CFP Qualification
- 5+ years in financial services, with 3+ years in management
- Exceptional legal drafting skills and arbitration experience
- Deep knowledge of financial services legislation and regulatory compliance
- Strong background in insurance, financial planning, and dispute resolution
- Outstanding communication, analytical thinking, and leadership abilities
