About the position
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their well-established manufacturing company based in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for:
- Day-to-day financial accounting function across four entities
- Monthly management reporting
- Month-end and year-end processes
- SARS compliance
- Payroll oversight
- Banking and foreign exchange transactions
- Audit coordination
- Finance team management
Minimum requirements:
- BCom Accounting or related degree
- 5 years experience
- Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles will be advantageous
- Pastel experience is essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
