About the position
Successful, Local Manufacturer of a globally competitive product range of Lubricants and Degreasers that are used in multiple Industries throughout Southern Africa, requires a strong, experienced 2IC to a busy, no nonsense but Staff Orientated Financial Manager. The Finance Team is hardworking and really good at what they do, so needs another top draw addition!
This role includes daily review of all Recons, Cashbook and Cashflow Reports, Journals, General Ledger, Trial Balance and Income Statement monthly. You will also need to assist with Variance Analysis of both the Budget and the Forecast, in order to improve Cost Saving and Profits. This position will require you to upgrade and implement Processes and Procedures with Operations, so the ability to communicate at all levels is key. This is a fantastic role to get a 360o view of the entire Business and add value to its bottom line!
