About the position
Heading the Finance department and reporting to the managing Director.
Ensure that the company's fiancial records are accurate and up to date and thal all financial transactions are correctly recorded and documented.
Drive process improvents to streamline financial operations,reduce costs and align with group best practise.
oversee banking relationsdhips, foreign exchange transactions and currency flauctuation and market volatility specific to Nigeria.
Support pricing strategies, cost management and profitability analysis.
Develop and implement the departmentalinternal control systems,policies and procedures.
Cashflow
Process Journals
Oversee payrol.
Leverage financial software-SAGE and group-shared IT systems to enhance reporting,forecasting and efficiency.
Preview and signing off the annaulfanincial statements.
Assist in all sage,synchro team and other software related issues.
Must have a strong accounting background.
* Must be willing to travel extended trips to Nigeria branch.
