Key Requirements:
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions
- Proven track record in sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team
- Strategic thinker, able to forward-plan and lead initiatives rather than simply execute instructions
- Exceptional communication skills, confident in engaging with SMEs and corporate clients
- Ability to operate independently, taking ownership of client accounts and sales processes
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key client accounts within the IT services sector
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Identify client needs and propose suitable IT solutions (e.g. managed services, cloud, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and margins
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
