Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager with a strong background in enterprise IT sales, software solutions, and strategic account growth.

The ideal candidate will manage high-value client accounts, drive revenue growth, and position our company as a trusted IT consulting partner. This role requires strategic thinking, sales expertise, and deep knowledge of cloud computing, automation, and IT consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Account Management & Relationship Building:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Develop tailored solutions aligned with clients' digital transformation goals.
  • Lead account expansion strategies, focusing on renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation:
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts to meet revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow existing business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to effectively position solutions.
  • Industry Expertise & Consultative Selling:
  • Stay updated on technology trends in cloud, code, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Conduct ROI analysis and present business cases to clients.
  • Operational & CRM Management:
  • Maintain detailed client data in Bitrix24.
  • Analyze customer insights and generate reports to inform business decisions.
  • Work with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and software adoption.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT sales, account management, or consulting.
  • Track Record: Proven success in enterprise-level B2B sales and strategic account growth.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder Experience: Experience working with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, Microsoft), automation (UiPath, Nintex), and IT consulting services.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Network: A proven existing client network to leverage.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Chief Commercial Officer
