In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end administration of securities accounts. From onboarding new clients and handling FICA and KYC documentation to facilitating scrip transfers and executing trade calculations, your keen eye for detail will be essential. You'll manage daily cash movements, monitor compliance breaches, and assist with equity trading while ensuring accurate fee calculations and invoicing. Additionally, you'll collaborate with partners and clients on performance reviews, proposals, and portfolio-related queries. Your expertise will be key in maintaining the smooth operation of the securities consulting offering.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a relevant degree in Finance, Investments, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with trading, LISP platforms, and compliance monitoring is highly beneficial, while RE5 and Class of Business certifications would be advantageous. Familiarity with Marbletech systems would be a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
