About the position

Urgently seeking a scrum master that is fluent in Portuguese
position is fully remote or if based in cape town hybrid

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support team self-organization.
  • Remove impediments and maintain sustainable team pace.
  • Coach the Product Owner and wider organization in Agile practices.
  • Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and metrics.
  • Liaise effectively with Portuguese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote engineering best practices.

Job Requirements:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, ScrumSense).
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a dedicated Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and exposure to scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Agile lifecycle tools such as Jira and Confluence.
