About the position

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience tracking Agile metrics and producing actionable reports.
  • Preferred Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP.
